Ferry System Improvement History 2018

This short document by Protect Lummi Island Community (PLIC; volunteer island group) describes some of the decade+ history behind the current essential planning to replace the old Whatcom Chief and the dock at Gooseberry Pt, both parts of Whatcom County’s transportation/road system. PLIC-White-Paper-1-Ferry-Replacement-Background.
