Here’s a link to the County web page with all the information you need to apply to be appointed to the new Lummi Island Ferry Advisory Committee that the County Council approved last night. The first paragraph on the page has links to a downloadable application form and instructions for applying.
The responsibilities of the new advisory committee are described in the link to the Lummi Island Ferry Advisory Committee (left column on County webpage). I think there are some standard open government legal requirements for how county commissions and their members conduct business, but I haven’t found them on the County site yet.
