Today, the Herald has a follow-up article on some of the discussion and leanings of County Councilors toward ferry fare restructuring at yesterday’s (Oct. 12, 2010) Committee of the Whole meeting.
Also just posted is an email comment from Barbara Brenner with another suggestion, which you can read under “What will the Council say . . .” article.on the Ferry Forum. The suggestion came from a part-time island property owner, which takes a different approach to those in Abart’s proposal or as described in the Herald article.
